Proper nutrition plays a major role in your performance all year-round. Our nutrition plans are designed to ensure you have quality nutrition when you need it the most. As a result, we work to provide you with the necessary fuel for when it is time to compete.
VIP CONSULT
In this 60-minute coaching session, TFN will conduct a full health history evaluation, training schedule analysis, and dietary habits assessment with you to establish goals and build an individualized 1-week meal plan program suited to your specific needs.
ATHLETE COACHING
In any sport, training is a year-round focus. However, your nutritional needs will vary between in-season and out-of-season training. Learn how to optimize your training year-round with performance plans designed to help you reach peak performance during competition, facilitate proper recovery during off-season, and meet any performance or body composition goals you may have throughout the year.

Fight camp is an intensive period where the athlete needs constant support to maintain energy, health, and performance while also making weight. This program will ensure you are performing at your best, eating well, and have the easiest weight cut of your life. TFN provides you with support from the first day of camp to the moment you fight.
