          On weight, on time...

          If you don't make weight you can't fight. We've all seen title shots slip away and opportunities missed. Nutrition is the key to making weight! Don't gamble with your ability to fight. Let an expert take care of your nutritional needs.

          One of the best ways to gas out in your fight is to be under-fueled, and the biggest factor in your recovery ability from training is nutrition! Ensure that you get the best out of your training and perform at your best by fueling correctly to fight.

          Leaner = meaner

          Too many fighters have to cut too hard for their fights because they are carrying too much bodyfat. If you are lean and mean year round you will be able to enter the ring bigger than your opponent because your muscular bodyweight will be higher (because you aren't carrying extra fat weight.)

          There is NO point cutting harder than you need to simply because you are fat! 
          Eating correctly to fuel your training provides:
          - Better energy
          - Greater stamina
          - Greater lean mass
          ...and makes for an easier cut!
